Mimi A. Hoff
Mimi’s background makes her a natural fit for her practice areas of criminal defense, immigration, and estate planning.
Mimi A. Hoff is a 2019 cum laude graduate of California Western School of Law where she served on Law Review and was the Editor-in-Chief of the California Western International Law Journal, and received several awards (listed below). While she served on Law Review, she wrote an article discussing the consequences of the #metoo movement. She also served as an Honor’s Instructor helping students enhance their reading and writing legal skills. Finally, she participated in an externship program for Federal District Court Judge Curiel, where she learned about all three perspectives of the law: the neutral justice administrator, the prosecutor, and the defendant.
Before law school, Mimi served as Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity president at the University of San Diego and was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. She also participated in study abroad programs in Spain, France, Belgium, Austria, and Turkey, which elevated her communication and cultural skills.

Mimi is a lifelong San Diegan and actively volunteers helping students and Arabic speakers strengthen their abilities and overcome their challenges in school and their personal life. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and traveling.
